Remember that German names may have special characters, i,e. an umlaut. To make a "ö", hold down the alt key and press the numbers 0246. To make a "ü", hold down the alt key and press 0252.
This form supports two wildcard characters, either a "?" or "*".
- The "?" matches any single character and may be be used to find one letter variations of names, i.e. Wa?ker will include spellings like Walker and Wauker.
- The "*" character will match any string of characters and may be entered before and/or after a name. An example is Wil* in the first name field, This will find William and Wilhelm.
